You can now add and manage multiple WhatsApp numbers within a single Wati account – ideal for teams handling different regions, brands, or departments.
After purchasing the add-on, you can:
- Manage multiple WhatsApp numbers in one place
- Streamline workflows across sales, support, and marketing teams
- Increase response speed and reduce dependency on a single number
Head to the Channels section from the "More" menu. Once the add-on is purchased from the Your Plan page, you’ll be able to click the + button to add more numbers, assign optional channel names, and complete the embedded sign-up flow. Switch seamlessly between numbers via the dropdown menu.

You can now connect your Calendly account with Wati to send automated appointment-related messages directly via WhatsApp.
With Calendly in place, you can:
- Eliminate manual follow-ups
- Send real-time updates when appointments are booked, cancelled, or rescheduled
- Drastically reduce no-show rates with automated reminders
Set up automated messages for confirmations and reminders using our default or custom templates. Choose reminder timings—24 hours, 1 hour, or even 10 minutes before the meeting.
