AI-Powered Conversation Logging and Task Creation
- Wati auto-logs every WhatsApp message to the HubSpot timeline for comprehensive context

1. Template Content Restrictions
Effective From: October 1, 2025
Meta is tightening template approvals.
Here’s what’s new:
- Fewer placeholders allowed relative to message length
- Templates can’t start or end with a parameter
- Non-compliant templates will be auto-rejected

2. Shared Messaging Limits (Portfolio-Level)
Messaging limits are now shared across all phone numbers under the same Business Manager.
- New numbers get the highest limit from the portfolio (no more starting at 250/day 🎉)
- Multi-number accounts will share one limit
Bottom line: Please manage volume across numbers wisely.
